All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we can carry your deposit to your next appointment. If you need to cancel, you can use your deposit as a gift certificate for another person. Just ask us to turn your deposit on-file into a gift certificate that you can pick up at Affinity Art Co.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please try to give at least 3 days’ notice.
Your deposit is forfeit and will be used to compensate Affinity Art Co. and the artist you booked if you reschedule or cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice. Filling your spot can be a challenge on short notice, as we take extra time to prepare for each client.
Your art will be prepared when you arrive for your appointment, and may or may not be shown to you prior to your appointment. Every artist is more than capable of making last-minute changes to your design at the time of your appointment, and it is very difficult to keep up with back-and-forth messages regarding your art.
We ask that you not repeatedly message artists about your art. If you aren’t satisfied with the artwork prepared at the time of your appointment, you can reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. That’s on us, not you.
